Term of knowledge of the Condominium Rules

1 IN THE POOL IS NOT ALLOWED

Eat/drink inside the pool;

Glassware is not allowed on existing tables. It will be allowed to use only plastic cups, bottles and plates, disposable or in cans;

Use electric or charcoal grills;

Use suntan lotion;

Any type of sound equipment (The ambient sound of the pool must be respected).

Bring tables and chairs to common areas;

Jump from one pool to another (Avoid accidents);

Climb the waterfall and the central castle;

Avoid excessive affection in common areas and use the pool for erotic or libidinous purposes

Swimming pool opening hours: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, after this time swimming in the pool is prohibited;

Practice games, such as racquetball, shuttlecock, ball;

The central pool is used for socializing and leisure;

The shallow pool is used to function as a SPA and Relaxation, not being allowed to distribute tables, chairs and music of any kind;

Note the informed depth of the pools;

Small children must be accompanied by adults;

Only buoys for children like vests or armrests will be allowed;

Collect your belongings and packaging used when leaving the pools

2 THE USE OF THE PARKING PARKING

Parking spaces are ROTATIVE limited to only 01 vehicle per apartment as long as it is unoccupied;

3 CONDOMINIUM ACCESS AND STAY

The use of the identification bracelet is mandatory to enter and stay in the condominium;

When returning from tours, bracelets must remain on the wrist;

The permanence of the wristband helps to maintain the Guest's identification, for this reason, under no circumstances will the guest be allowed to travel within the condominium without the wristband.

If there is a need to purchase a new wristband, a fee of R$ 5.00 will be charged for the extra wristband.

Visitors are not allowed to enter the condominium.

The Condominium does not use the practice of Day Use

Food couriers, pharmacy and the like are not allowed to deliver to the flat. The guest must pick up the order at the concierge.

4 COMMON AREAS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS

It is forbidden, for any purpose, to put clothes, rugs, towels and other belongings on guardrails, on balconies, verandas and visible places

-Upper apartment must use clothesline standing on balconies

-Inferior apartments must use wall clotheslines in the rear corrector part

It is not allowed to hang clothes on chairs distributed in the garden areas and access corridors;

Pets are not allowed for short-term guests.

5 IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT;

Use illicit drugs;

Loud sound that bothers the neighbors

Loud music of any kind after 10:00 pm until 8:00 am, obeying the law of silence.

6 WHEN LEAVING THE FLAT

Make sure the doors and windows are closed;

Turn off the lights, air conditioning, appliances in general and the stove;

Remove the garbage bags and deposit them in the garbage cans distributed in the common areas;

Make sure you haven't forgotten personal items

BREACH OF ANY ONE OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A FINE OF UP TO 10 CONDOMINIUM TAXES TO THE OWNER, ACCORDING TO DELIBERATION OF THE MEETING.
